chlo_0e Posted September 27 Share Posted September 27 hi, i think i have mental health issues, and have been told by many people around me that i do, but have not been able to get support. i dont really know how to use this website but im reading into some articles, does anyone know any positive coping mechanisms for people with OCD and anxiety? those are like my big 2 things that i cant control. I noticed you mentioned that people around you have said you might have mental health issues. Have you received an official diagnosis for OCD or anxiety from a professional? Or is this something you’ve read about or heard from others? If you haven’t had a diagnosis yet, it might be worth checking if there’s an opportunity to speak with a professional where you’re based, just to get a clearer understanding of what’s going on. Is this a possibility?
