I can see if I can change this for you - what date would you like entered or would you simply like it removed?

Hi there, I have removed your away status - can you try setting it to the date you would like please? I'm hopeful this should fix the issue but do let me know! 🙂

So, I now understand what the issue is. To set an away status, we need to input how many days we will be away for and it is limited to a maximum of 15 years which goes to 2038. Any days over this (in this case 16,888 days would go to 2069) is auto rejected unfortunately. I typed it in manually as a descriptor but cannot extend the auto date any further than 2038.
