This must be very painful.  It is also completely normal and okay to feel pain about the break up.  Please know that things can and do get better.  Is there anything you think you might be able to do right now to cope with this?  I think you are already doing great posting here and getting support.

We have two days to answer 100 questions so if I do miss I will just have to answer all 100 questions in one day
