I was sick yesterday, I definitely have a bug because I've been sick again today. I did have a appointment with my eating disorder team but mum's cancelled it because I'm not well. So I come online tk try and distract myself

I'm sorry to hear you have a bug - they can make you feel really low and sap your energy. 

No wonder you were feeling so awful yesterday!

I been asleep since 12pm my time I haven't been able to eat anything, I tried to because I need food because I felt hungry so tried a apple but threw it up. 

I just hope I can get back to my chirpy self very soon as I really hate feeling this way.

They usually pass in around 48 hours (with you gradually feeling better as you go) - things like crackers / toast can be good to nibble on along with sips of water.

When you said nibble I felt as a I was a rabbit haha ! But I'll ask my mum if we have any because I haven't managed to get out of bed because My legs would collapse on me.

Not really no. My heart is going awfully fast and I feel generally unwell.

It's best to call 111 and get help. Please, do this. You shouldn't struggle with those symptoms.

My dad isn't in the picture.. he left me when My mum was pregnant with me
