I'm wondering, can you tell me a little bit more about why you're feeling fearful? How do you think they may react? How do you think they may react? @MonsoonMy parents tend to act supportsupportive, but any time I say something important the laugh like it was a joke then talk to me for an hour about how I practacly have have no opinions on my life (especially my mom). For example I told them I wanted to go into the military, they laughed that spent 2 hours telling me that I don't have what it takes and saying that it was stupid for me to think I could. They do that with everything and don't let me make my own decisions on what I like and don't like. I'm wondering, do you think they will react differently when you come out to them? I know that your job is serious, but your identity is even more serious in my opinion. Do you know how they feel about the LGBTQ+ community?
