I feel depressed. I don't really think she stopped loving me because she didn't say anything like that, she just said she wasn't ready for a relationship right now.

That sounds really tough; it's so hard when we want more from someone, but it isn't right for them. We can end up feeling really rejected and worthless which can be hard to work through. How are you feeling today? Are you having any contact with her at the moment, or are you having space? 

I still feel really bad, like I did something to cause this, and I hate to admit it, but every time I think about her, I just can't keep it together.

I think there is and I told my ex last night how I really felt, and I think I feel a little better now. And I think I could've handled it a bit better, like I could've acted more mature to it, but that was my first break up
